International finance experience, operational responsibility and a
strong sense for structure shape my professional approach. My
technical foundation lies in European finance and accounting as well
as international business. My further path has been shaped by
auditing, consulting and commercial responsibility in growing
corporate structures with high complexity.
In recent years, my focus has been where growth, change and
complexity come together: building and developing finance
organizations, shared service and FP&A structures, consolidation,
reporting, M&A-related topics, restructuring and the scaling of
corporate groups. Rarely has it been only about numbers; more often,
it has been about making organizations more controllable,
transparent and resilient.
Beyond classic finance topics, the practical implementation of
technology, digitalization and automation has accompanied me for many
years. By combining commercial background, operational experience and
strong technical affinity, I translate business requirements into
robust processes, systems and digital solutions.
What matters to me is a clear, pragmatic working style: reliable
decision-making foundations, understandable structures and an eye for
the details that often make the difference in finance and operations.
